Brown Hall is a coed, three floor residence hall offering single and double rooms. All rooms have air conditioning and independent heating. The building contains laundry services and lounge areas on each floor. The main floor lounge is a great place to get some studying done, while the basement is a great hangout space with pool tables, a ping pong table and a television seating area. It is connected to France Hall through the Education Building.

France Hall is a historic female-only residence hall. Recently renovated in 2021, France hall contains single, double and triple rooms. Both residential floors contain a communal kitchen area with laundry located in the basement. France Hall also houses the Greek Halls for our 4 Sororities and 1 All Gender Society. It is connected to Brown Hall through the Education Building.

King Hall is a coed living facility consisting of an East and West Wing as well as a central recreation lounge. Each wing offers its own laundry services in the basement. The King Rec Lounge offers a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, Smart TV and lounge seating. King Hall is the only residence hall that is not air conditioned.

Krieg Hall is a coed, 4 floor residence hall offering single rooms. All rooms have air conditioning and heating set by building controls. Each floor offers a communal lounge with study space and recreational seating with a Smart TV in each lounge. Laundry is located in the basement along with a pool table and ping pong table. Krieg Hall is connected to the GEM Center which houses our radio and tv stations, eSports Arena and video game production lab.

Upper Class Students
The Main Street Townhomes are open to Junior and Senior students. Each apartment houses 4 students in 4 single bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and stool chairs, living room and laundry. Living room furniture is not provided by the University.

Juniors and seniors
Recently renovated in 2022, Miller Hall is our largest residence hall on campus offering Single and Double Suites with connecting private bathrooms for groups of 2 or 4 students. The first floor contains a large open lounge with Smart TVs, pool table, ping pong table, fireplace and lots of lounge furniture. Each floor also contains its own Kitchen Suite with an oven, microwave and communal refrigerator, Study Rooms, lounge space and laundry room. Miller Hall is connected to Williard Hall and Hoernemann Refectory.

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors
Located in the heart of campus, Talmage Hall offers unique Pod Style living spaces with students in bedrooms surrounding an open, two-story living/gathering space with single and double room options. Each pod offers 2 full size communal Refrigerators with freezers, 2 microwaves, and sinks, a seating area on each floor, television, and private study space. Talmage Hall also hosts our Gender Inclusive Pod, providing a housing option for students of all gender identities.

Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors
Williard Hall offers suite style rooms for 4 students. Each suite comes with 2 double bedrooms, living room with a couch, chair, coffee table, private bathroom, kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, microwave and sink) round dining table, and a pantry storage area. Laundry is located in the basement.

Upper Class Students
Upper-class students have the option to live in college-owned apartments bordering campus that are designed to improve life-skills and independent living opportunities. Residents living in these apartments are fully responsible for the cleaning of their apartment and are eligible for a reduced meal plan option. All of these apartments are air conditioned.
College Hill Apartments
The College Hill Apartments houses Graduate Students serving as Graduate Assistants for Athletics and other departments on campus.
Stadium View Apartments
The Stadium View Apartments are open to any student with at least 40 credit hours completed. Each apartment houses 4 students in 2 double bedrooms with a living room, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry located in their apartment. Bedroom furniture, a kitchen table and chairs and kitchen appliances are furnished. Living room furniture is not provided by the University.
