Transient/Guest Students who wish to take courses at Heidelberg to transfer back to their home institution must complete a Transient Student Application. Students must submit either a statement of good standing or an official transcript from their home institution. A transcript will be required for courses with prerequisites. Applications are reviewed upon receipt of requested documentation. Once approved, students will receive an email confirming permission to enroll along with registration instructions.
Entering Freshmen and Transfer Students who have been admitted for the fall semester and have paid the enrollment fee are eligible to enroll in summer classes. Please notify the Office of Admission to receive access to register.
Previous Heidelberg Students not currently enrolled must complete an Application for Readmission. Upon approval, access will be given to enroll in summer classes.
Term 1: May 20 through June 21
Term 2: June 24 through July 26
Full Term: May 20 through July 26
UNDERGRADUATE SUMMER TUITION: $350 per semester hour
