Hazing Reports

In order to comply with Collin's Law, Heidelberg University will publish a report of all violations of the institutional hazing policy, including all of the following information:

1. The name of the subject of the report;
2. The date when the subject of the report was charged with a violation of the institution’s policy or other state law regarding hazing;
3. A general description of the violation, any investigation and findings by the institution, and any penalties imposed on the subject of the report;
4. The date on which the matter was resolved.

This information on this web page will be updated on the first day of January and August of each year.
