Heidelberg will welcome Dr. Peter Van Arsdale, an author and an authority on Holocaust sites in Europe as the keynote speaker. His work also has focused on immigrants, refugees and those impacted by genocide. He is the author of Forced to Flee: Human Rights and Human Wrongs in Refugee Homelands.
