Vocal Audition Workshop is rescheduled for Saturday, January 26.
Do your knees shake? Do the Butterflies in your stomach seem enormous? Do you worry about choosing the right song or musical theatre cut? Join us on January 19 for a day dedicated to empowering your vocal auditions. Participants will perform mock auditions and receive feedback from School of Music and Theatre faculty, have a private voice lesson on their musical selection and attend afternoon workshops on a broad variety of topics.
For only $10, high school students have the opportunity to perform their OMEA Solo Contest pieces or other vocal selections for the Heidelberg University School of Music & Theatre voice faculty and receive valuable feedback.
Students can then attend afternoon clinics and master classes with the voice faculty, such as "Be Gone Butterflies: Overcoming Performance Anxiety" and "How to Become a Better Singing Actor."
