Commencement Day
Due to inclement weather, the commencement ceremony will be held in Seiberling Gymnasium at 10:00 am.
Ceremony video stream
A live video stream of the ceremony will be available via BoxCast. The video feed will be available approximately 20 minutes prior to the event. (Link to Video Stream)

Seiberling Gymnasium
Seating will be available in the stadium and on the field. Tickets are required for general seating. Only those with tickets can be accommodated due to limited seating in the gymnasium.
Remote viewing sites: The ceremony will be video cast simultaneously in Frost Lecture Hall and the University Commons.
Inclement Weather Information
Only those with tickets can be accommodated due to limited seating in the gymnasium. Those with special seating needs must have made special arrangements by contacting Ms. Barb Gabel (bgabel [at] heidelberg.edu (bgabel[at]heidelberg[dot]edu)). Doors will open for those with special seating tickets at 9:15 am. General admission will begin at 9:30 am. At 9:45 am, any unoccupied Special Seating will be opened for general admission.
Tickets can be picked up in the Business Office on Friday, May 11, until 5:00 PM in University Hall, or on Sunday, May 13, at 9:00 AM.
Information for Guests
Parking
Park Lots C, E, F, G, and J will be available (see Campus Map). Golf carts will be available for those who need assistance. Please arrive early – Lots F and G will fill quickly! Note that Rebecca St. and Greenfield St. from University Hall to Rebecca St. will be closed from 9:30 to 10:00 AM for the academic procession.
Guests with a registered Disability Parking placard may park in the lot next to Hoernemann Stadium (164 Greenfield St.). A member of the Heidelberg Security staff will be available to assist as necessary. Guests with health concerns or in a wheelchair should be driven to the parking lot next to Hoernemann Stadium. A Heidelberg University student ambassador will escort the person into the stadium.
Special Seating
Guests with special seating tickets will be admitted at 9:15 AM. There will be a seat reserved for this person and an escort in the special seating section. The special seating area will be held until 9:45 AM. At that time seats will be released to general seating. It is the responsibility of the graduate to make this reservation by May 1. Security
As a security precaution, the following items are prohibited: alcoholic beverages, coolers, backpacks, large handbags, metal folding seat cushions, seats that clamp to bleachers, noise making devices, mace or similar substances, signs, sticks, poles, and weapons of any kind. Guests are subject to visual inspection of person, bags, and clothing capable of concealing prohibited items.
