Civic Engagement promotes engagement of students, faculty and staff in the creation of relationships with schools, for-profits, non-profits and governmental organizations leading to direct volunteerism, service-learning, and responsible citizenship through electoral participation.

Residence Life & Housing supports the mission of the University by planning, designing, and administering housing and residential life programs, policies, and services for all students.The staff shares an awareness of and concern for all aspects of each student's classroom, residential, and co-curricular life, and formulates and interprets policy.

Orientation is the place for incoming students to experience what college life will be like at Heidelberg University. Orientation welcomes new students to campus by introducing them to resources and fostering relationships necessary for a successful transition to university life. Students and their orientation guests learn about our academic expectations and opportunities for development both in and out of the classroom. And, students begin to make friendships for their future with Heidelberg.
