Orientation is the place for incoming students to experience what college life will be like at Heidelberg University. Transfer, Out-of-State and Adult Student Orientation is held just before the fall semester starts to accomodate students traveling long distances, adult students or those with more than 24 credit hours.
Civic Engagement promotes engagement of students, faculty and staff in the creation of relationships with schools, for-profits, non-profits and governmental organizations leading to direct volunteerism, service-learning, and responsible citizenship through electoral participation.

The Stoner Health & Center provides the Heidelberg University full-time traditional and commuters students with a modern clinical facility and small pharmaceutical dispensary.
