Civic Engagement promotes engagement of students, faculty and staff in the creation of relationships with schools, for-profits, non-profits and governmental organizations leading to direct volunteerism, service-learning, and responsible citizenship through electoral participation.

The Office of Student Engagement provides a meaningful out-of-class experience for HU students through a variety of unique programs, services, and activities.

Residence Life & Housing supports the mission of the University by planning, designing, and administering housing and residential life programs, policies, and services for all students.The staff shares an awareness of and concern for all aspects of each student's classroom, residential, and co-curricular life, and formulates and interprets policy.

The Office of Campus Safety & Security at Heidelberg University provides a safe and secure environment for all members of the Heidelberg University family, including students, faculty, staff and campus visitors.

The Owen Center for Teaching & Learning actively engages students with services and resources to help clarify and achieve their personal goals, enhance their Heidelberg experience, and build skills that will contribute to success throughout life. 

This office promotes intercultural understanding and global awareness through educational, social, and intercultural programming for all members of the university, and also provides support services to non-immigrant students and scholars with their transition to Heidelberg University and the U.S.

The Stoner Health & Center provides the Heidelberg University full-time traditional and commuters students with a modern clinical facility and small pharmaceutical dispensary.

The Heidelberg Bookstore carries a wide variety of apparel, gifts, graduation items, and general books.
