About

Alyssa is a two time graduate of Heidelberg University. She earned her bachelors of science in 2018 and her masters of art in counseling in 2022. She currently works as the Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services. She is also a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Committee (DEIC) and an advisor of the Disability Advocacy Division on campus. Alyssa is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Ohio and has worked primarily with adolescents and young adults through internships in private practice and college counseling. She finds joy in working with students through the big changes occurring in their life.
Alyssa has worked in the jewelry industry for more than 5 years and really loves to get to know peoples’ stories and help them celebrate special occasions. Alyssa also enjoys traveling, hiking, and going to comedy shows with her husband, Cory.
