Connecting to Heidelberg's Networks

CONNECT TO HU_SECURE

  • For faculty, staff and students to connect laptops, tablets, and smart phones to the WiFi. Logging into your Heidelberg email account prior to attempting to connect to HU_SECURE will help!

CONNECT TO HU_GAMING

  • For XBOXs, Play Stations, and other gaming consoles.
  • Preferred: Connect your console using a wired ethernet cable.
  • Otherwise, connect your console to HU_GAMING (password: studentprince) and it should "just work."

CONNECT AN "IoT" DEVICE

  • For "Internet of Things" devices and any other devices not listed above. E.g. Amazon Echo, Google Home, etc.

CONNECT TO HU_GUEST

  • For guests who would like to connect to the WiFi. Simply connect to the network called HU_GUEST and follow the directions.
