Housing Application and Contract

The application for student housing is offered online. As a first-time undergraduate student, you should receive a letter once you are admitted regarding orientation, housing, and other details. The instructions for completing the housing application are in this letter.

After the university has received your enrollment deposit, you will be eligible to apply for housing by completing the New Student Housing Application.

  1. Login to OASIS2 by selecting it from the "Logins" menu in the top right-hand corner of this page. You will need your OASIS2 access credentials, which will be sent to you in the mail.
  2. Once you log in to OASIS2, select the "New Student" tab, then select "MyHousing" from the list.
  3. When you reach MyHousing, select "Go to ApplyOnline."
  4. Select the "New Student Housing Application" from the drop-down list, then complete the application.

This electronic application also contains your housing contract, which is required of all students who live in campus housing.

Once you have completed the housing application, you will receive an online confirmation that your application has been submitted. Our office will contact students via their Heidelberg University e-mail accounts with their assignments. Please learn to use this account regularly as soon as possible!
