The Pre-Medical Program attracts students with a variety of interests. Our pre-med students are preparing for medical school in allopathic, osteopathic, dental, veterinary, podiatry, and optometry. Pre-Med is also a path for students interested in being a PA, PT, RN, or Chiropractor. Pre-"Medical" is intended to mean health professions, not strictly pre-doctor. Any student who does not prefer this program, or cannot meet the requirements, can pursue a health career without this program. This is not a stand-alone program, it can be added to any major on campus.
