Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification
The Office of the Registrar has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide student self-service verifications for current Heidelberg University students. Through OASIS2 our students can perform a wide range of enrollment verification activities via the Web free of charge for health insurers, housing providers and others. The certificates can be printed by logging on to OASIS2, accessing your Student Records and selecting the “Request Enrollment Verification” link.
When a Self-Service Enrollment Verification isn't enough
For occasions when a third party cannot accept an OASIS enrollment verification, the Office of the Registrar will provide verification for free of charge, but at the student's request. When a form is not available, the request must come from the student's heidelberg.edu account, or in person with ID and include specific details being requested. When forms are available, the student's signature must be included and should be mailed to: Heidelberg University, Office of the Registrar, 310 E. Market St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883.
