Adrian, Mich. - March 23, 2011 - The Heidelberg University women's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to host Adrian College on March 23. The setback drops the Berg to 1-7 on the year, while Adrian improves to 2-5.
Freshman Deidre Potter (Chillicothe, Ohio / Union Scioto) won in straight sets over Katelyn Simcina at first singles for the lone 'Berg point. Potter won 6-3, 6-3.
Heidelberg returns to action at the University of Mount Union on Saturday, March 26. The match is slated to begin at 1:00 p.m.
