TIFFIN, Ohio—Three Heidelberg University women’s golfers competed independently at the Denison Collegiate Invitational today at Granville Golf Club in Granville, Ohio. The course was a par-71 and extended 6,210 yards.
Sophomore Heather Lentz (Sandusky/Perkins) carded a team-best 96 strokes to finish in a tie for 14th place. Following Lentz were freshmen Rachael Huth (Tiffin) with 111 and Kam McNeal (Middletown) with 155 in 26th and 31st places.
The Berg returns to action this weekend for the Heidelberg Fall Invitational at Mohawk Golf and Country Club in Tiffin. Tee time is noon.
