Women's Basketball

TIFFIN – Heidelberg University Director of Athletics Matt Palm announced Tuesday that Morgan Shriver has been named the head women’s basketball coach. A 2009 ‘Berg graduate, Shriver is the ninth head coach in the 47-year history of women’s basketball at the university.

Shriver just completed her second year as an assistant for the program. While obtaining a master’s degree in education, she was the head junior varsity coach and assisted in all aspects of the varsity team.

“We are excited about the direction that Morgan will lead this program,” said Palm. “She has presented a vision that will emphasize high academic standards, personal growth and success on the court that is consistent with the vision of Heidelberg University.” ...
