Tiffin, Ohio – April 20, 2011 – The Heidelberg University men’s tennis team dropped a home match to Baldwin-Wallace College this afternoon. The visiting Yellow Jackets topped the Berg 9-0 at the Heidelberg Tennis Courts. The setback evens Heidelberg’s overall record to 8-8, as well as its Ohio Athletic Conference mark at 3-3, while Baldwin-Wallace improves to 18-3 and 4-2.
Baldwin-Wallace opened up to a 3-0 advantage after winning all three doubles matches. The Yellow Jackets followed with winning all six singles matches in straight sets for the league victory.
Heidelberg returns to action tomorrow when it travels to Otterbein University for a 3:30 p.m. OAC match.
