2009: Started all 10 games at quarterback …  Completed 22 touchdown passes on the year to set the new single-season record … Completed 132-of-260 passes for a total of 2,159 yards for the season … Threw for a career high of 381 yards completing 25-of-42 attempts at Capital (9/19) …  Connected for four touchdown passes on two occasions at Capital (9/19) and against Baldwin-Wallace (10/24) … Threw for over 100 yards in all ten games, with five games over 200 yards and one game over 350 yards … Completed 71-yard touchdown pass against Westminster (9/5) … Named OAC Honorable Mention for the season …  Received Academic All-OAC honors … Noted OCF Quarterback to Watch for the 2010 season. 2008: Started all 10 games at quarterback … Completed 139-of-264 passes for 1,948 yards … Connected for 20 touchdowns on the year to set the previous single-season record … Within the OAC was fourth in passing average per game (194.8), fifth in pass efficiency (133.3) and was sixth in total offense (202.6) … Threw for over 100 yards in nine outings, eclipsing 200 yards on four occasions … Opened the year completing 15-of-21 passes for a season high 322 yards and three touchdowns against Westminster (9/6) …  Finished with 239 yards, including a career-best 74-yard reception, to go along with two TD’s at Baldwin-Wallace (10/25) … In a come from behind victory at Marietta (11/8) completed 18-of-35 passes for 241 yards and three touchdowns and was tabbed the OAC Offensive Player of the Week for effort at Marietta … Closed out the year with a single-game record six touchdown passes at Muskingum (11/15).  2007: Served as quarterback on the junior varsity team … Appeared in three varsity games as a freshman … Completed 2-of-3 passes on the year for six yards … Made first collegiate appearance at Capital (9/22) and went 1-for-1 through the air for three yards. Miller began his graduate assistant work under head coach Mike Hallett, who coached Miller thourghout his collegiate career. In 2011, year the Heidelberg football team went 8-2 (7-2 OAC). 

As a player Miller earned the Bob Packard Award for the most outstanding offensive back in 2010 as well as a first team Athletic All-OAC and first team Academic All_OAC in 2010.  That is after he pegged a first team Academic All-OAC in 2009. 

Miller currently still holds to OAC records for the most passing yards in a game and the most total yards in a game.
