Dr. Gary Keener earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from the University of Richmond. Courses taught include Intermediate Microeconomic Theory, Principles of Microeconomics, Law and Economics, Sport Management and Public Finance. Dr. Keener’s research interests are Cost-Benefit Analysis, Law and Economics, and Bankruptcy. He currently holds the office of Treasurer of the Ohio Association of Economists & Political Scientists and spent his early career as an attorney for Hall & Hall, a general law firm in Richmond, Virginia.
