Melissa began working in the Graduate Studies office in April 2008. Since then she has transformed the office into a more organized and efficient department and is continuously striving to improve the graduate experience. She is dedicated to helping graduate students with any questions or issues they might have while being admitted to and completing their Master's degree program.
Growing up in New Riegel, Ohio she graduated at the top of her class and attended Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio obtaining a Bachelors of Arts degree in Management of Dance and Art. In her free time, she substitutes, helps out, and dances with In Motion Dance Studio and freelances art and interior decorating. She is a member of the Tiffin Art Guild (TAG), through which she displays and sells artwork at the gallery or at one of the many events TAG holds as well as teaching art classes.
