Dr. Margo Kraft earned her doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Medicine from Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University specialized in healthcare management. Courses taught include undergraduate and graduate courses; Human Resources Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Personal Finance and Business Communications. Dr. Kraft’s research interests are healthcare practices, management effectiveness, community focus on convalescent care, working alliances and learning styles. She is an active in the Academy of Management as a reviewer and presenter. Her recent paper was nominated best paper by the Academy.
