Dr. Margo Kraft earned her doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University. She also has a Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Medicine from Ohio State University. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Principles of Management. Dr. Kraft was employed in the healthcare industry for approximately 20 years.
Dr. Kraft’s research interests are healthcare practices, management effectiveness, community focus on convalescent care, working alliances and learning styles. She is an active in the Academy of Management as a reviewer and presenter. Her paper was nominated best paper by the Academy.
